How it works

Discovery Call

A complimentary 30-minute call with you as the HR manager or team leader. We discuss your team's needs, the employee(s) in question, and what success looks like for your organisation.

Alignment Meeting

A three-way conversation with the employee and their manager to agree on coaching goals and desired outcomes. This sets the foundation for accountable, purposeful work.

Coaching Sessions

One-to-one sessions with the employee — held bi-weekly via Google Meet, 40–60 minutes each. Solution-focused, forward-looking, and tailored to the agreed goals.

04

Progress Review

A mid-programme check-in with the manager to review progress against goals. At the end of the programme, we agree next steps and any follow-on coaching required.

One clear rate. No hidden fees. Sessions are invoiced to the organisation, with 21% VAT applied in accordance with Dutch tax law.

Session content remains confidential between the coach and the employee. The manager or HR contact receives high-level progress updates against the agreed goals — never the detail of what's discussed in sessions. This balance of confidentiality and accountability is essential to a trusting coaching relationship.
Goals are agreed collaboratively in the initial alignment meeting between the coach, the employee, and their manager or HR sponsor. This ensures coaching is purposeful for the individual and meaningful for the organisation — avoiding the risk of coaching that's disconnected from business reality.
Yes — coaching is highly effective as an early intervention when an employee is underperforming, disengaged, or struggling with transition or change. It is not a substitute for formal HR processes, but works alongside them to address root causes rather than symptoms.
As a sole practitioner, I typically work with up to four employees simultaneously across one or more organisations. This ensures each person receives focused, high-quality attention. If your organisation needs more capacity, I can discuss options.
Sessions are conducted in English or French. For Dutch-language coaching needs, I am happy to discuss alternative arrangements or referrals.
A 48-hour notice period is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited or subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. Full terms are outlined in the coaching agreement.
